🩺 Grieving while caregiving

No room to fall apart, no room to rest.

Caregivers grieve on a delay. There's no space to process while you're managing medication, appointments, and everyone else's feelings.

When it ends, the loss arrives alongside the collapse of a full-time role and a strange, guilty freedom.

Exhaustion is not indifference. Resentment is not a lack of love.

Rebuild slowly and expect the grief to arrive late. Late is not wrong.
